Monsoon is here

We had the first rain 3 days ago and more is coming soon! Everybody is working very hard to finish the flat roof! Tomorrow they will finish the preparation. Hopefully  the plumber and electrician will come Friday! So, if everything goes well they can pour the cement for the roof next week!

Progress,progress....
It's nice to see so much progress! They started  to do the bricklaying for the first floor yesterday!

 

What to do if it's really hot? Of course....using fans!

Last week they poured the ceiling! It's going well, so far! We are ahead of schedule and we had no bad surprises also, so far!

Oh, and yes....we have stairs as well!

Tomorrow they will finish the preparation for the first floor ceiling! There is a lot of progress!Nice!

Good news...

The building passed the official checking and we got the permit to continue building!
After a 1 1/2 weeks building stop work will continue this afternoon and I hope we will have some progress.....

Yesterday they already watered the bricks...at least a little progress!

Finally.....waiting is the worst!

We are on a break at the moment! Because of new regulations we need a another permit! It shouldn't take more than a week!Hopefully!

Today the bricklaying started! We are very excited to see the house growing! My wife and my son laid a few bricks! It was a lot of fun!
